Free to Be Me #freethenipple

For the first time ever I had an Instagram photo removed for inappropriate content. What was this shameful photo you may ask? You have already seen it, for it is the cover photo of this article.

It was international women’s day and my partner was giving me a breast massage. I had worked from 6am-5:30pm and my partner knows the importance of stimulating the nodes, fascia, and muscles of the human body. We know the calming effects of a breast massage and the decreased cancer and health concerns from receiving this comforting touch. So I snapped a photo in the moment and we both agreed it was adorable. My nipples were completely covered so I figured it would fine for Instagram. ((Have you seen This Instagram))

Why is my innocent photo censored? Because we are growing out of the paradigm of shame. We are learning as a society that the body is to be celebrated and embraced. It is as if we are returning to the garden of eden. I know I am happiest when I am naked in nature. Have you tried it before? You can be public or private, swimming or sun bathing. Yoga, running, dancing, gardening can all be enhanced by the removal of clothing. This allows our connection to who we are to develop.

I am human. I am earth, wind, fire, and water. These elements also make up this beautiful planet, my home. My beautiful body wants to connect to its family. The trees, birds, grass, and sun all display who they are freely, and so I seek this same unabashed display of humanity. Shame and judgment are outdated systems meant to keep us in fear of being truly alive. Shed your fears and shed your clothes and see how it feels.

Gender Awakening

It is time for a gender awakening.

It is time for an awakening of the peoplehood.

We are all one being and it is time we start acting like one. I for one am done with dichotic “sacred” masculine and feminine.

Duality is by nature a third dimension way. In the fifth dimension we see that oneness occurs, like a timeline with plus and minus that gets turned into a circle. There is no longer right or wrong, good or bad, male or female. Take a look at the rising of the two spirited, trans, queer and nonbinary people’s. We must create space in this world for all beings to awaken to their two spirit self. Every single human is both male and female. It is the very nature of existence that we hold this oneness inside of us. This is why duality is harmful, because we are telling ourselves to jump into one pot or the other. It is time for us to include everyone.

Separating  men and women is classic sexism, and to be honest I don’t expect it to change anytime soon. Women are still struggling with fear of men as we see by the seperation of bathrooms, and the women bringing their sons in with them for fear of them being in the same room as adult men who are peeing. Trust me, I get it. One of four women are sexually abused. I know, I was sexually abused by my own family. Healing is a process and for many people they find healing in this separation. I understand that this duality is part of the process and awakening takes time and many diffferent methods. This I do know: that men and women are not enemies. We cannot be afraid to gather together, regardless of gender or orientation. We must accept that there are those outside of the binary system and perhaps those in it that want to get out but feel they have nowhere to go. We cannot delete the fact that we are all one being! Only our judgments of body parts and hold to ancient tradions is keeping us apart.

What you and I think we know about humanity is changing. Even I am fresh to these ideas of which I argued against so recently. We are in a very exciting time with many changes, let’s stick together for it and make sure no one is ever left out. ❤
